Jack Rudy's Elderflower Tonic is an updated tonic formula with more body and a bold finish that pairs well with a number of richer spirits: tequila, bourbon and rum, while still acting a classic companion to the finer gins of the world.
They added organic dried elderflowers to their original recipe that uses elderberries growing wild around Kentucky, and the amount of quinine was increased to bring balance to the final product.
The Elderflower Tonic has a profile that allows G&T drinking deep into the winter months, and shows versatility in a number of different applications.
Quinine was once considered a cure for malaria. We aren't doctors, so the only thing we definitively know it will cure is the happy hour conundrum.
