The Bread Lame features an innovative dual-ended design: it fits both a curved and straight blade. A must have tool for every bread maker! Bread lames are used to score designs and intentional cracks in a loafs surface. Includes a safety cap for added safety and 10 spare lame blades, each with 4 usable razor corners.
